Tester for testing thermal and magnetic switches

The tester is designed to verify the parameters of magnetic and thermal switches. The device is dedicated to work in industrial and laboratory conditions. It is ideal for qualification tests of thermal activation of safety switches. By using a precise current source, thermal chamber and automatic parameter control systems, we guarantee high repeatability of results.


Technical data

  • operating current range: 0.1 A - 125 A;
  • possibility to measure up to 10 circuit breakers at the same time;
  • the possibility of flexible programming of the scope and parameters of tests.

DACPOL SERVICE manufactured 6 sets for testing of installed, operating circuit breakers on production lines and in testing laboratories at LEGRAND in Ząbkowice Śląskie in 1994, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004 (current source with amplitude 100÷300 A).
