Linear covers HLL LED - CEAG/Eaton Electric

DACPOL’s offer from the category of lighting for hazardous areas is now complemented with another product - linear covers HLL LED from our supplier CEAG/Eaton Electric. 

HLL cover is intended for work in 1, 2, 21 and 22 zones - indicated as explosion risk zones.

We also deliver series: linear lamp cover HLL-2-3L; HLL-4-5L; HLL-2-3L-D-EM and HLL-4-5L-D-EM.

Linear cover - application

HLL series was designed for work in explosive atmospheres. The cover can be used both inside and outside, where there’s high humidity. dust or various chemical substances. Typical applications include petrochemical and chemical workshops. gas & oil departments and industrial factories with Ex zones. 

The extended allowed range of working temperature (from -40oC to +55oC) enables using the lamps in locations where lamps with a standard range cannot operate.

HLL series - construction

The cover’s corpus was made of aluminum that lacks copper, while the cloche was made of an amplified polycarbonate (PC), thanks to which it provides high resistance to working conditions and corrosion, and guarantees better heat transfer.

Guaranteed long durability of the cover was achieved by using highly effective LED modules, which, connected with the huge experience of the supplier in heat transferring from electronic systems, enables to achieve L70 parameters on  110000-hour level. 

HLL series - specifications

Basic and most important specifications of the HLL covers are: cloche made of polycarbonate and lenses with 4J resistance; IP66 level of protection; highest temperature class T6.
