Features

The new and patented IX series is the flagship of our explosion-proof cap lamps. Two light sources with different beam characteristics guarantee the greatest flexibility while working. With a luminous flux up to 230 lumens, a high-quality and even illumination is guaranteed and allows a pleasant working at the place of use. The maximum lighting time is up to 40 operating hours. The IX series also has a battery level visualization that shows the current charge status of the battery in three grades. Thus it directly tells how long the lamp is still ready for use. Another highlight is the charging technology. As the first producer on the global market, we have succeeded in integrating a wireless, inductive charging method into an explosion-proof cap lamp. This ensures maximum toughness and guarantees a reliable use over several years.

The IX series is offered in two different versions, which differ in the operating modes. There is a variant for normal use, in which a time of use with 12 hours must be guaranteed and a „high-power“ variant, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of light output. These two variants are, of course, offered with all relevant ATEX certifications. In the following tables you will find the technical differences and the item numbers of the lamps. All KSE-Lights cap lamps can be worn on different helmet types as well as on the head with the help of a headband. In addition we offer a hand grip to use the lamps as full-featured hand lamps.
