RADAR LEVEL TRANSMITTER WITH GUIDED WAVE JTR

The radar level transmitter with guided wave is a widely used instrument in the industry for measuring the level of solids and liquids. It transmits electromagnetic pulses through a steel wire or rod/tube, which propagate at the speed of light. When these pulses encounter the surface of the measured medium, they are partially reflected, creating an echo wave that returns to the device along the same path, allowing the liquid level to be calculated.

The radar level transmitter with guided wave utilizes advanced echo wave processing technology, offering a wide range of applications. It is capable of measuring low dielectric constants and can measure solid and liquid levels as well as the surface of a medium. Product models include coaxial, tubular/rod configurations, with customer-selected steel wire options, suitable for measuring liquid levels at high temperatures and under high pressure.

Main Features:

  • Meets various measurement requirements for different temperatures, pressures, and media
  • Contact measurement, unaffected by steam, foam, and mixing effects
  • 4-20mA / 2-wire, simple wiring, low power consumption (max. 2.4 W)
  • 128x64 LCM display, easy adjustment. Displays distance, level, percentage value, 4-20 mA current
  • Unique algorithms and echo wave processing technology, applicable in various complex working conditions
  • Echo wave display function, showing the shape of the signal wave inside the tank, can be used for background noise processing
  • Ability to simulate output current signals of 4mA and 20mA

Applications:

  • Power plants
  • Chemical plants
  • Cement factories
  • Water treatment
  • Paper mills
  • Steel factories
  • Refineries
