In the offer of ATEX engines we deliver: triple-phase engines with 1 speed, triple-phase engines with 2 speeds, asynchronous engines, with a cage rotor, own cooling (IC411).
The usage of safe technologies is required in places with hazardous substances, such as oil, gas, and various types of dust. All of our devices and systems fulfill requirements stated in the European directives 2014/34/UE (ATEX 114) and are compliant with international norms. We provide products intended for work in a variety of environments, in which explosive atmospheres can occur in 0, 1 or 2 areas for gases, and 20, 21 or 22 for dust.

Some of the characteristics of ATEX triple-phase engines:
- Intended for onshore applications/various mining applications (II group);
- Occurrence of gas: 1 and 2 zone; Gas group: IIC, IIB and IIA;
- Type of protection: Ex db or Ex dbeb;
- Temperature class: T3,T4 E T5 (also for T2, T1);
- Occurrence of dusts: 21 and 22 zone; Dusts group: IIIC, IIIB, IIIA.
In addition to electric drives we also provide inverters of types such as: VZ1000 inverters, J1000 inverters, inverters series RX, inverters MX2.
The operation of an electrical engine is based on using electrical energy and magnetic fields to create mechanical energy.
We distinguish two main types of DC engines: brush and brushless, and their subgroups. AC engines also can be divided into two groups: induction and synchronic engines. We can however also distinguish among them a group of linear engines.
Servo Drivers are a perfect solution for uses requiring effectiveness and precise control of position, speed and rotation moment. Servo Drives in connection with servo amplifiers create effective systems of servo mechanisms, providing precise control and regulation. Control over such an engine is based on using electrical signals and thus defining the level of movement of the roller in the system.
Typical applications of servo drivers:
- High speed machines;
- cutting machines of saw and rotating blades type;
- devices for lifting and placing loads, material transport machines, printing and textile machines;
- applications in Ex explosive areas.
