Rotary switches are intended for use in AC systems of voltage value up to 690 V and currents up to 1250A. Their design is based on the most current knowledge and latest achievements in connection devices, with using best quality insulation materials and silver alloys for connectors construction.

Their main advantages are high turn-off ability, high mechanical and electric durability, and small size.

What is a rotary switch?

Rotary switches are used to open or close electric connections. They guarantee conductive electrical connection or disconnection between voltage source and electrical receiver. Rotary switch also makes the switching connectors able to be operated by a shaft through rotating to the left or right. 

Applications of rotary switches:

  • electric/electronic systems;
  • for switching modes in machines;
  • washing machines, dishwashers, furnaces, fridges;
  • instruments (e.g. guitars) - professional or amatour.
