Molded parts

The parts are manufactured in accordance with the drawings and specifications of the customer.

We can produce parts weighing less than one gram up to several tens of kilograms.

We mould all common elastomer grades, and are able to produce bi and tri-materials parts.

The tools are designed in accordance with the mixture, the amount, the shape and the presence of a metal insert or not and optimized.

We have an extensive range of machines, and can therefore adapt to the market's expectations.

Thank to our compression parts; we can produce prototypes, small and medium series of rubber products. Your projects can be quickly and flexibly realized. Depending on the technical aspects and the geometry of the articles, the production is carried out by compression molding, transfer molding or vacuum presses.

The injection process, less flexible and more restrictive due to a longer start up, is used to reduce costs in the case of large batches.

The molds are more complex and sophisticated than compression molds.

Depending on the quantities and geometry of the articles, the products can be manufactured either in our production unit in Morocco, or by a Taiwanese partner.

Tolerances

The tolerances of the NFT 47001 category M2 are used by default. In case of outsourced production, the norm ISO 3302 category M2 is used.
