Now available – DC/DC converters from PREMIUM

We introduced a new release to our permanent offer in DACPOL in the category of power supplies and converters, and today we deliver our customers DC/DC converters from PREMIUM company.

Spanish company PREMIUM has been operating on the market for over 30 years and specializes in designing and producing special power systems, requiring high quality, faultlessness and resistance to shocks in harsh working environment. In the company’s offer we can find AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters dedicated to industrial and traction usage.

Thanks to the close cooperation of DACPOL and renowned PREMIUM brand, we offer a wide range of original inverters and converters, such as:

• Industrial and rail three-phase DC/AC inverters;

• DC/DC converters;

• Buffer power supplies;

• DC/AC industrial and rail inverters – family of four series with sinusoidal single-phase output voltage 115VAC or 230VAC and one series of three-phase 3x 400VA output voltage.

CKR-2000 series of DC/DC converters was designed for usage where a high level of faultlessness during work is required. It consists of module DC/DC converters, which are installed in a 19 ″cover and enable a set up to 8 modules of 240W or 280 voltage. It is possible to modify it for needed power output and power and level of redundancy. Converters have modules from CRS-240 / CTS-240 series and technical details such as: input and/or output redundancy; high input and output isolation; OK LED output voltage module; LED output voltage signalization; alarm signal; EN50155 rail version. Additionally the converter has a blind stopper – front-end plate for unused outlets.

We provide warranty: 3 years for industrial version and 5 years for rail version.

Converters usage

DC/DC converters are used to stabilize the voltage powering the connected device, for example in car radios, radio devices and mobile phones adapters – they are widely available in 12V versions, thus instead of buying a needed 24V version, it is more cost-effective to use a converter. Consequently, they provide an economic device operation and easy montage in trucks, buses or construction machines.

DC-DC converters deliver an output voltage, which does not get effected by any changes in the output voltage.

They are also used for regulating accumulators – charging converters or regulators. They regulate the charging of two accumulators and are a type of converters, in which the output voltage is directed with an adequate output intensity. 

Another specific type of usage of the DC/DC converters is a charging module of two independent DC sources (e.g. Two batteries), for shared intensity.
