      Inner sleeve:
      >+800°C, maximum temperature (short term) +1100°C
  • Fire-retardant and self-extinguishing
  • Dielectric strength of > 12 kV
  • Free of halogens
  • REACH-compliant
  • Type approval from Germanic Lloyd
  • Approved for rail use according to EN 45545-2:2016-02-R22/R23-HL

Material


  • Inner sleeve: tight braided, made of high temperature resistant HT-yarns
  • Cover: smooth extruded silicone, fire-retardent and self-extinguishing, resistant of abrasion and good chemical resistance

Areas of Application


  • Reliable protection against open fire, hot slag, flying sparks and liquid metal splashes up to +1500°C for cables, lines and hoses
  • Improvement of staff safety by contact protection against burns on hot hoses or fittings
  • Diverse applications in the steel, electrical and chemical industries
  • Protection of brake hoses, hydraulic- and pneumatic lines as well as other hoses and cables of rail vehicles (see railway approval EN 45545-2: 2016-02-R22 / R23-HL3)
