The next generation particle sensors of the IH-PMC series have been upgraded and designed to provide reliable and more accurate detection of particulate contamination.
IH-PMC particle sensors operate thanks to the use of laser technology, where, using the phenomenon of light scattering, particles in the concentration range: from 0 µg/m3 to 1000 µg/m3 in a given environment are detected and counted. The light falling on the detector is analyzed and appropriately processed into an output signal, to which the particle concentration value is transmitted in real time. In addition, the sensor has an auto-calibration function that occurs in each power-up cycle.
The sensor can be used in the following applications:
IH-PMC-001 – air inlet and outlet on the same side of the housing
IH-PMC-002 – Air inlet and outlet on opposite sides of the housing
Technical parameters:
Power | 5Vdc |
---|---|
Particle Range | 0.3µm to 10µm |
Current consumption in operating mode | 50mA(max 100mA) |
Standby power consumption | 2.6mA |
Power consumption in sleep mode | 0.15mA |
Operating temperature range | -20..+60°C |
Storage temperature range | -30..+70°C |
Output signal | UART/I2C |
