Keral 99 is a high alumina substrate material with a clarity of ≥99.6%. Due to the high degree of clarity and fine-grained structure, it has a very high thermal conductivity of up to 30 W/mK. The dielectric strength is the highest among KERAFOL® ceramic substrate materials.
