2. Comparison of our thread locking agents
3. B222 Eco – Low-strength thread locking agent
4. B243 Eco – Medium-strength thread locking agent
5. B270 Eco - High-strength thread locking agent
The Greenmark® sub-brand includes all marking systems of Lackfabrik Bäder GmbH & Co. KG that are not hazardous substances and have a particularly mild impact on people and the environment. This is the result of Bäder® company's strategic decision to largely rely on high-performance water-based marking systems for new solutions and thereby significantly improve the ecological footprint. Zero scope marks the beginning and will be complemented by further high-performance systems this year and next year.

Storage and Durability
The shelf life is 24 months at the optimal storage temperature ranging from 5°C to 23°C in a tightly closed, original container. Storage at a higher temperature leads to a significantly shorter shelf life. The storage temperature must not drop below 5°C.
3.3 Application Information
Low-strength thread locking agents are not suitable for: Metal-plastic, flange connections, areas where open oxygen is used, and sealing against media with strongly oxidizing acids. The product can only be applied on standard metal threads. The secured surface must be free of grease and completely clean. Then, use the thread locking agent to completely fill the gap between the two parts, assemble the parts, and seal them completely. Insufficient sealing may lead to leakage over time. Do not move parts after the hardening process has begun. Leave the adhesive to fully cure for 24 hours before use. In mass production, it is advisable to lock or secure the bonding using a pipe wrench to avoid disrupting the layer during the hardening process. Please refer to the safety data sheet before using the product.
