LORD® Maxlok T3 acrylic adhesives replace welding, soldering, riveting and other mechanical fastening methods. They provide excellent properties over a wide temperature range and under high shear loads. LORD Maxlok acrylic adhesives are available in a variety of cure times to meet a variety of process requirements. Features and benefits: - Versatile - combines a wide range of unprepared metals with minimal substrate preparation. - Temperature resistant - works in temperatures from -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +149°C). - Resistance to environmental conditions - resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, solvents, greases, oils, moisture, salt and weather conditions; provides excellent resistance to indirect UV radiation. - UL Certification - Maxlok MX/T6 adhesive system is UL 746C certified. - Precise gluing line - enables precise control of the thickness of the glue line thanks to the content of glass beads with a diameter of 0.01" (0.025 cm). - Drip-free - stays in place when applied to vertical or overhead surfaces, allowing for greater process flexibility.
