Lord 7545-A/D LORD® Urethane Adhesive

LORD® 7545 Adhesive is a two-component urethane-based adhesive system used to bond fiberglass (FRP) laminates, convertible composite materials (SMC) and other plastics without the need for surface preparation. This glue is also effective in bonding metals. The LORD 7545 adhesive system is available in a variety of run times to meet a variety of process requirements. Characteristics: - Durable - demonstrates high strength and excellent durability in structural applications. - Flame-free - meets US DOT requirements for non-flammability and does not require the use of explosion-proof equipment. - Appropriate appearance - the color of the hardened adhesive (light beige) ensures an acceptable appearance on unpainted or visible surfaces. - Recommended for the environment - does not contain substances that reduce the ozone layer. - Resistant to weather conditions - withstands weather conditions and moisture - Resistant to chemicals - resistant to solvents after hardening. Painting and most cleaning processes do not affect the strength of the joint. - Slope-free - stays in place when applied to vertical or overhead surfaces, allowing for greater process flexibility.
