Lord 7610DTM LORD® Urethane Adhesive

LORD 7610DTM Direct-to-Metal Adhesive/Sealant is a one-component product that cures in contact with moisture, offering excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including many plastics, glass, concrete, wood and metals, especially metals with a protective coating. Characteristics: - Durable - creates high-strength connections, replacing mechanical fastening methods; has excellent adhesive properties without the need to use a primer. - Convenient - no mixing required; hardens quickly even at low temperatures; does not require ovens or other heat sources for curing. Easy to apply with a hand applicator. Easy to process and can be wet or dry welded. - Resistant to chemicals - resistant to solvents after hardening. Painting and most cleaning processes do not affect the strength of the joint. - Temperature Resistance - The uncured material can withstand a temperature of 225°F (107°C) for 60 minutes, and the cured material can withstand a temperature of 325°F (163°C) for 60 minutes without any adverse effect. - Weather resistance - provides excellent resistance to UV radiation and corrosion protection. Does not turn yellow. Resistant to weather conditions and aging processes. - Slopeless - remains in place when applied vertically or from underneath, which allows for greater flexibility in the process. - Recommended for the environment - low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC); without solvents. - Increases throughput - forms a crust within 15-45 minutes; suitable for painting immediately Packaging: - 1/10 gal
