LORD 309-1D/309-2D LORD® epoxy adhesive

LORD 309-1D/309-2D and 309-1D GB/309-2D adhesives are two-component, high-performance epoxy adhesives. They are thixotropic, used for applications requiring filling of gaps or features without sagging on a vertical surface. These adhesives provide excellent adhesion to prepared metals, fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), wood, prepared rubber and other materials. LORD 309-1D/309-2D and 309-1D GB/309-2D adhesives can be room temperature cured or heat cured for faster processing. LORD 309-1D GB/309-2D glue allows for precise control of the thickness of the glue layer thanks to the content of glass beads. Characteristics: - Durable - provides load-bearing properties equal to or greater than those of the joined materials. LORD 309-1D GB/309-2D glue provides excellent resistance to delamination. - Recommended for the environment - does not contain solvents, is non-flammable and practically odorless. - Resistant to weather conditions - resistant to moisture, solar radiation and weather conditions. - Temperature resistant - works in temperatures from -30°F to +250°F (-34°C to +121°C). - Chemically resistant - resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, solvents, fats and oils.
