LORD 310-A/310-B LORD® epoxy adhesive

LORD 310 A/B Adhesive is a modified, thixotropic, two-component epoxy adhesive system used to join many types of prepared metals, prepared rubbers, polyurethanes and plastics. Initially developed for SMC bonding, LORD 310 is used to bond disk drives, oil drilling equipment, automotive body panels and spoilers, and vibration damping components. LORD 310 adhesive can be room temperature cured or heat cured for faster processing. Characteristics: - Durable - provides load-bearing properties equal to or greater than those of the joined materials. - Recommended for the environment - does not contain solvents, is non-flammable and practically odorless. - Resistant to weather conditions - resistant to moisture, solar radiation and thermal cycles. - Temperature resistant - works in temperatures from -40°F to +400°F (-40°C to +204°C); withstands secondary baking up to 400°F (204°C). - Chemically resistant - resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and hydrocarbons; anti-corrosion processes, including phosphatation and ELPO coatings (electrophoretic coating), do not affect the adhesive or the strength of the connection.
