LORD 320/310-B and 320/310-B Black Adhesives are two-part epoxy adhesive systems used to bond cured rubbers treated with the adhesion promoter/surfactant LORD 7701. These adhesive systems also bond metals and plastics, both thermosets and thermoplastics . Characteristics: - Fast Cure - Cures quickly with heat at temperatures ranging from 200-325°F (93-162°C). - Durable - provides good impact resistance down to -40°F (-40°C). - Recommended for the environment - does not contain solvents, is non-flammable and practically odorless. - Resistant to weather conditions - resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures - High temperature resistant - withstands secondary heating up to 400°F (204°C). - Chemically resistant - resistant to solvents after hardening; anti-corrosion processes, including phosphatation and ELPO coatings (electrophoretic coating), do not affect the adhesive or its bond strength.
