LORD 320/322 LORD® epoxy adhesive

LORD 320/322 adhesive is a universal, two-component epoxy adhesive system designed for bonding to sheet-formed polyester compounds (SMC) used in the automotive industry. This adhesive system also provides excellent adhesion to prepared metals, rubber, fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), thermosetting polyesters and thermoplastics, and many other materials. LORD 320/322 adhesive can be room temperature cured or heat cured for faster processing. Characteristics: - Durable - provides load-bearing properties equal to or greater than those of the joined materials; provides impact resistance down to -40°F (-40°C) and exceptional strength through excellent crack propagation inhibition. - Recommended for the environment - does not contain solvents, is non-flammable and practically odorless. - Resistant to weather conditions - resistant to moisture, solar radiation and extreme temperatures. - Chemically resistant - resistant to solvents after hardening; anti-corrosion processes, including phosphatation and ELPO coatings (electrophoretic coating), do not affect the adhesive or its bond strength.
