Generators CX, frequency: 50-120kHz, power: 5-25kW

High Frequency Generators - CX Series (50-120 kHz)

Applications:

  1. Welding of copper pipes, steel pipes, aluminum pipes and all kinds of metal parts subject to permanent joining.
  2. Making and welding of alloyed metals: cutters, saw blades, drill bits, cutting knives.
  3. Welding or fusing to metal parts: carbides, diamond stones, which are blades or cutters of drill bits, saws, etc.
  4. Welding of elements e.g. all kinds of brackets used in households.

Advanced technology and economic benefits:

  1. MOSFET transistor technology, high efficiency inverter, saving in energy consumption (15%-30%) compared to thyristor technology.
  2. Definitely a more efficient technology than soldering or flame welding.
  3. Smooth startup.
  4. Power factor ≥ 95%.
  5. Comprehensive security features to enhance the reliability and stability of the device.
  6. No requirement for additional investment, low operating cost, easy to operate.
  7. Modular design, convenient for service and repair.
  8. Energy saving and no environmental pollution.
  9. Easy operation and possible cooperation with PLCs.
  10. Light weight, low volume devices and easy installation.
  11. Advanced diagnostics and security system.
  12. Design in accordance with ISO system requirements.

Soldering and brazing of metal parts

Induction heating technology is ideal for both soldering and brazing. It is particularly useful for brazing non-magnetic parts, e.g. made of copper, bronze or aluminium. These operations can be performed both manually and in an automated production process.

Application Examples

1: Brazing of workpieces with open inductor

2: Soldering of copper electrodes

3: Soldering of brass brackets

4: Brazing of bushings for heat exchangers

5: Brazing of fittings with a tunnel inductor

6: Brazing of brass parts

7: Soldering of cable lugs

8: Brazing of copper fittings details

9: Soldering of aluminium corners with open and slip-on inductor

10: Brazing of hydraulic components

11: Brazing of copper profiles

12: Soldering of aluminium parts

13: Soldering of transformer cores

14: Brazing of steel bowls
