We have RY profiles in barbells with a length of 2000mm and in a raw (metallurgical) form it has technologically folded so-called "Fin". Figure 1 cross-section of a raw RY profile with a bent fin.

In order for power blocks to be built from the RY profile, the bent fin should be straightened properly - see Figure 2.

Additional mechanical processing (milling, drilling) and electroplating are possible.
