Bode 500 Vector Network Analyzer
Description:
The Bode 500 is the premier analyzer from OMICRON Lab. Its very high frequency range allows for precise measurements from 10mHz up to 450MHz.
The Bode 500 offers high linearity and a dynamic range > 120dB to enable accurate vector network analysis, frequency response analysis, and impedance measurements. Switchable inputs provide 50Ω termination and high impedance 1MΩ AC coupling settings for active system measurements and the use of external probes.
With a dynamic range of 66dB at the output and a maximum power level of 16dBm, the analyzer offers sufficient signal injection power for loop gain measurements, external impedance measurements in switching converters, and power distribution networks (PDN). These capabilities make the Bode 500 the preferred instrument for power integrity verification and loop stability measurements.
The Bode 500 is a quiet, fanless, portable device that can be powered via Ethernet (PoE), USB (USB-PD), or a standard power supply. The analyzer offers a USB-C and Ethernet interface for connection to a network or control computer. Combined with the powerful Bode Analyzer Suite software, the Bode 500 provides the same user experience and ease of use as the popular Bode 100.
In addition to the Bode Analyzer Suite, the Bode 500 can be controlled directly using SCPI commands, enabling standalone, platform-independent automated measurements.
