Epoxy resins - impregnation methods

Description:
Different physical, chemicals, electrical preferences make epoxide resins worth using material for electro technical and electronic industry.

Resin preparation:
Epoxide resins are delivered as two components, which react for temperature and heat. It is necessary to preliminary heat up resin up to 50C.

Resin usage:
Depending on resin type and its application it is recommended to:
-preliminary heat up to eliminate humidity,
-pour out resin in the room temperature and atmosphere pressure.
-is special cases it is possible to pour out resin in vacuum.

Safety measures applying to hardener.
Because of its chemical preferences it is not recommended to leave it on the air for to long. It is not much resistant for humidity. .

Storage conditions:
3-6 months depending on the product, in original, closed container. Far away from sun or other heat source.

Packing:
In containers: 1, 5 and 30 kg or in barrels 200 kg.

Protection and hygiene.
They are not much toxic. Skin contact not recommended.
