One of our specializations are industrial ventilators, including centrifugal fans, axial fans, compact fans, fans with an electronic commutator, fans with an external engine, and AC engines. AC engines have shorted poles and are intended as spare parts for industrial ventilators with an external rotor and for industrial ventilators with a transversal air flow.

We offer centrifugal and axial fans from companies such as: Ebmpapst (Germany), MVL (Germany), Ziehl – Abegg (Germany), NMB MinebeaMitsumi (Japan), Costech (Taiwan).

They can be used in e.g. electrotechnics, electronics and telecommunications - for cooling of electric engines, transformers, autonomous lamps in RTV transmitters, power blocks, electrical cabinets, and drive, server and telecommunication cabinets.

Considering the structure, we distinguish the following ventilators: axial fans with single or double air slots, ventilators with a transversal air flow, centrifugal fans, and compact fans.
Majority of the ventilators have thermal protection of the engine’s coil that is used in case of the rotor’s activation - usually it’s a thermal bimetal switch or a thermistor located in the engine’s winding.
Using right materials and electronic components guarantees high reliability, long operation time and optimal combination of the flow and level of noise. Ventilators powered with the DC of 12, 24, and 48V rated values can work in the environment temperature from - 10 to 70 C degrees - for the typical current value an estimated work time in this temperature range is 40 000 h.

Ziehl-Abegg’s offer
From the category of high power ventilators we deliver axial fans, centrifugal fans and Ziehl-Abegg ventilators with a transversal air flow. Their structure is based on the asynchronous engine with a spinning stator - the engine is adjusted to the rotation speed regulation through changing the values of the AC in the range of 0 – 100 %. Each engine is protected from dust and humidity in the IP54 protection level. The supplier offers special versions of fans that are intended for cooling of the energy transformers and for working in explosive atmospheres, room ventilation systems and devices, in which there is an increased density of different chemicals.

Additionally, Ziehl-Abegg offers other devices and components intended for cooperation with ventilators, including thermal transmitters, rotation switches, transformer and electronic rotation regulators, sensors/controllers of temperature, pressure and speed of the air flow and humidity.

NMB MinebeaMitsumi
When it comes to compact ventilators, one of the biggest global suppliers is a Japanese company NMB MinebeaMitsumi, whose products are also available in our assortment. The key of their success is production and usage of high quality ball bearings. Due to their durability they’re mainly used in aviation, but also by other competitive companies such as Ebmpapst.
