Electromechanical Level Measurement System EEX

The electromechanical level measurement system of the EE300 series is a flexible inventory system that can consist solely of the EE300 sensor(s) or can include a remote control unit (RCU) or MMS-TL material management software. The EE300 is a third-generation inventory sensor consisting of a load cell, a durable stainless steel cable, a distance measurement element, a position sensor, and electronics (including firmware). The EE300 electromechanical inventory sensor detects the state of the measuring weight and measures the empty space distance in the tank during a measurement cycle. When the measurement cycle starts, the load cell and cable system are lowered into the tank until the load cell contacts the material surface, which is detected by the position detection system. The load cell and cable system are then raised and returned to the starting position. Once the measurement cycle is completed, all outputs and data of the EE300 electromechanical level measurement system are updated.
