Gap Filler GFL 3020 is a two -component, liquid thermal material. It is applied in a liquid form, the next step electronic components (e.g. IGBT, capacitors, etc.) are attached under a slight pressure to an unpaved mass, thus creating an even mass distribution. In this way, the material is evenly distributed from the components, while maintaining a certain thickness and appropriate values of electrical and thermal parameters. Mass networking or hardening takes place at room temperature and lasts about an hour, but can be adapted at the customer's request. In addition, GFL with lower thermal conductivity has high self -adhesive,
which can be very useful when installing.
