High Power Relays

KISSLING high power relays in the range from 50 – 1000 Amps are designed to meet the highest requirements. High shock and vibration capabilities coupled with high contact pressure and low contact voltage drop are achieved using predominantly a carefully designed dual coil system and an optimized magnetic circuit. Most types can be offered in nominal voltages 12 or 24 V. Environmental sealing with protection standards of IP67 [&] IP6K9K..

 

Power Relays

KISSLING power relays in the range from 75 – 500 Amps for normal environments – this single coil system relay features high shock and vibration capabilities resulting from careful design and an optimized magnetic circuit. By equipping the relays with blow-out magnets, contact voltages up to 110 V are possible. Environmental sealing with protection standards of IP67 [&] IP6K9K.

 

Light Weight Relays

Environmentally sealed KISSLING high power relays 300 Amps for specific requirements in aerospace applications. The dual-coil system develops high contact pressure, resulting in low contact voltage drop and enhanced shock and vibration capabilities. An important feature is the minimized coil power resulting from the low holding current. The extremely low mass has been achieved by optimizing both design and size yet maintaining performance and ruggedness. Environmental sealing with protection standards of IP67 [&] IP6K9K.

Relays with Control Electronics

KISSLING relays with control electronics will be our best relay technology that is extended to include a built-in evaluation system. This makes modern high-performance and intelligent switching of a relay; additional electronics enable a multitude of functions, for example electronic shut-off regulation, free programmable over-current shut-off thresholds as well as INIT-, SAFETY- or ENERGY-Control of the relays.


Bi-Stable Power Relays

This KISSLING power relays with a unique circuit and permanent magnetic holding state, requires no holding-coil power. The pull-in coil or the drop-out coil is energized by an impulse only, moving the contact system into the final position held by a permanent magnetic circuit.
