Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Our extensive offer consists of adjustable and solid resistors, intended for use in various industrial applications.
We're offering, among others, wirewound & tubular power resistors, multilayered power resistors, power resistors in an aluminum casing, high-voltage and braking resistors.
Exemplary applications of high precision metal film resistors:
- Series EE - power supply, high-voltage measurements, measuring devices;
- Series SHP - power supply, medical equipment, converters, electrostatics, network parameters measurements, transformers, x-ray, renewable energy;
- Series UPR / UPSC - power supply, high-voltage measurements, measuring devices;
- Series PCS - converters, test measurements, network parameters measurements, measuring devices.
Types of resistors in our offer:
- Wirewound power resistors – are resistors made of resistance material as a tape or wire twisted around the insulation corpus, which is usually ceramic. Wire resistors can be used in stopping electric engines, discharging batteries of condensers, in power electronic devices, and in power electronics: power supply, inverters and rectifiers.
- Multilayered power resistor – in a resistor, such an element is a thin metal or carbon layer, which is placed on a ceramic corpus. Because of a small value of capacity and induction, they can work with high frequencies.
- Thick-layer resistor – is a type of layer resistors, with small induction, which resistance layer consists of metal and glass oxides and is placed through a screen printing method on a ceramic corpus. Thick-layer resistors can be used in induction heating, power supplies, RC short circuit dampers, and medical apparatus.
- High-voltage resistor – is a metalized resistor, induction-less with a wide resistance range and high allowed working voltage. They can be used in high voltage devices and power electronic systems.
- High precision metal film resistors – are constructed serially or parallelly connected plates. These plates are low-pore chrome-aluminum alloys. They’re characterized by a significant pulse overload-ness, thus are often used as stopping resistors for drives with inverters.
