Impregnation method

Depends on a size, type, quantity of impregnated products and given requirements there are 4 different methods of impregnation.

By glazing:

-This method is used for single product impregnation, it uses low amounts of lacquer - this is its advantage.

By immersion

Good results obtaining needs several conditions to be satisfied.  :
-keeping lacquer and product in a room temperature.
-it is recommended to heat up product to temperature 50C in order to obtain good impregnation of coils and windings.
-Provide good ventilation during lacquer dripping.
-Providing  suitable temperature rise - from room temperature to specified by lacquer datasheet
-Temperature hold on in order to obtain polymerisation

Vacuum method

In comparison with other methods this one is the most technological, and finds usage in cases where deep impregnation is needed.
In order to obtain good results:
-drying out product in 130°C temperature,
-give pressure in 1-3 bar range,
-dipping,
-progressive temperature giving,
-Obtaining recommended temperature

Droplet impregnation:

This method requires usage of two components resins. Conditions:
- preliminary heat up to  80°C, by Joule'a effect, or by other methods,
- turning windings on their own axis. - 30 - 60 turn./min,
- Resin supply to the turning product.
- While still turning, stop heating.
