Herionov

Herionova is a surface mount machine lighting solution that provides exceptional illumination for wide areas inside large machines. The sturdy anodized aluminum housing with a depth of 1-9 / 16 ″ is vibration resistant and has high heat dissipation. Herionova luminaires are available with IP67 protection for safe use in humid environments with oil, coolants, greases and dust. The 3/16 ″ toughened safety front glass is impurity resistant to IK07 impacts and cools to the touch on a bright surface to avoid seizure of the coolant on the glass, causing it to become bronzed. This machine lamp produces an intense luminous flux of up to 8,900 lumens thanks to the designed state-of-the-art, highly efficient LEDs in combination with controlled electronic circuit boards. Redesigned anti-glare optics provide both uniform and diffused illumination inside giant machines. With an engineered modular aluminum housing and flexible PCBs, Herionova 's surface mount series offers four standard lengths and many custom size preferences. The 10-foot cable or M12 connector provides safe, quick and easy electrical connection up to 24 V DC without any additional power supply. Herionova luminaires are surface mount lamps that are the answer to complex CNC machines, production and automation applications. The two standard bracket options can be rear or side mounted, providing a secure fit and allowing flexible light direction adjustment.

Electric

The main feature of the HERIO NOVA series is the powerful beam that is generated by combining high performance medium power LED circuits and a prismatic cone diffuser optimized by numerical algorithms.
