The service process is divided into several stages:

1. The client sends us their device for diagnostics - the equipment can be delivered personally, via courier, or through our regional representatives.
2. Upon arrival of the machine at the service, a detailed diagnosis is conducted for a fee.
3. After the inspection is complete, we send the client an email with a quote and information about the faults and components to be replaced or repaired.
4. If the client accepts the terms, the equipment is serviced according to the guidelines; if not, the device is returned to the client at their expense.
