Procedure, tests, warranty

In our service, we follow a scheme that has been effective for years.

• The client delivers the device in a convenient way.
• They can bring the device in person, send it via courier, or use our regional sales representatives;
• Upon receiving the device, we conduct a paid diagnosis;
• Based on the collected information, we send a repair offer via email;

If accepted, we proceed with the repair; if declined, we return the device at the client's expense.

Every device we repair comes with a warranty that may cover a period of up to 12 months.
