Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Liquid Level Sensors
Standard level sensors operate based on a float with an internal magnet. When the level changes, the reed switch contacts are activated by the moving magnet. We offer versions with plastic or stainless steel housings. Cable lengths range from 0.5 m to 2 m.
Analog liquid level sensors provide measurements with a resolution of 5 mm, and the output signal is a standard 4-20 mA current. We also offer hydrostatic probes, radar sensors, and custom versions adapted to harsh working conditions.
Humidity and Temperature Sensors
We offer sensors dedicated to air conditioning and ventilation systems, available in wall-mounted housings or for duct installation.
For industrial applications, we provide sensors with robust aluminum housings, designed to measure relative humidity and temperature in air and other non-aggressive gases, operating at temperatures up to 200°C. EX versions are also available for hazardous explosive zones.
Our offer also includes non-contact temperature sensors, ideal for measuring the temperature of moving objects such as rollers, drive belts, or plastic sheets.
Signal Transducers and Other Devices
The universal ECSC signal transducer allows conversion of analog signals (mA, mV, V) to current or voltage (mA/V). The transducer can be mounted on a DIN rail and powered by 90-250 VAC or 7-24 VAC / 9-30 VDC. An optional 24 V DC supply output is available. The product meets European standards.
Inductive sensors are non-contact detection elements that detect the presence of metal objects using an electromagnetic field. They operate by changing the parameters of a resonant circuit when metal approaches, generating an output signal. They are widely used in industrial automation, including position control, counting parts, and machine protection.
Capacitive sensors work similarly to inductive ones. They have broader applications as they can detect various materials, both metallic and non-metallic, based on changes in electrical capacitance within their measurement field. They respond to the approach of an object, which changes the dielectric constant of the measured area, generating an output signal. They are used, for example, to detect liquids and bulk materials, such as feed, grain, sand, or cement. An interesting feature is the ability to detect objects through container walls.
Optical sensors use light radiation (usually LED or laser) to detect the presence, position, or movement of objects. They operate by analyzing changes in reflection, interruption, or transmission of the light beam between the transmitter and receiver. They are widely used in automation, safety systems, and production lines for counting, sorting, or quality control of products.
Pressure sensors are devices used to measure the pressure of liquids or gases and convert it into an electrical signal. They may use various operating principles, including strain gauge, piezoelectric, or capacitive, depending on application requirements. They are used in hydraulics, pneumatics, automotive, and industrial systems for process monitoring and control.
