Thermally conductive granules intended for the injection molding process. This is a novelty on the market that allows you to form the thermally conductive material in any shape, which gives almost unlimited possibilities compared to classic pastes and thermally conductive pads. For example, it is possible to cover the entire electronic component, the PCB with such granules, ensuring a perfect thermal connection with the radiator while protecting against environmental hazards. In addition, it provides very good electrical insulation, the breakdown voltage is over 20kV/mm.
