A two-component resin with an E519C + D68 batch, polymerization at room temperature

Application:
- this new resin type is used as a  coat for electronic components and windings. It is easy to use.

Description:
E 519C is 2 component epoxide resin reacting in the room temperature. It has great binding properties, it is almost non shrinkable, it has plasticity after polymerisation.

Polymerisation:
For 50 g: mixture can be hold for 90min in room temperature. It is necessary to prepare it gradually, according to needs.
For fast polymerisation it is recommended:
- preliminary heat up to 50°C before adding the hardener,
- adding hardener during proper mixing.
- leave mixture for max. 5 minutes.
- pour out resin and wait for gelation.

Protection and hygiene::
-  resin is not toxic. It is recommended not to touch it with skin or inhale.
-  for hand wash after operation with resin use soap.
- It is sensitive for humidity, therefore it cannot stay for to long in contact with air.

Storage conditions:
- 4 months away from humidity, in original closed container. in temperature 10°C - 25°C.

Packing:
- in containers 1, 5 and 30 kg and barrels 200 kg,
- part B is delivered in corresponding proportion to part A..
