Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

Winding Wires form a special group of conductors in electrical systems. They are used in many industries as an important part of the power supply system. Winding wires (copper or aluminum wire) are also used to make coils and windings in inductors, transformers, motors, and generators.

Copper winding wire is usually round in cross-section. These are usually fine-gauge winding wires commonly used in the production of transducers and wherever small component sizes are required.

Wires with larger diameters are produced in square or even hexagonal cross-sections. These shapes provide better heat conductivity between successive turns.

Winding Wire - Construction

The winding wire is distinguished by having its core made entirely of high-quality copper. Wires made from pure metals, especially copper, have good electrical conductivity, which is why they are often used to make coils, whose inductance depends on the number and thickness of the turns.

Winding wires used, for example, in hydrogen-cooled generators or motors are made from high-quality oxygen-free copper. Another distinguishing feature of winding wire is that it is coated with electro-insulating enamel.

The winding wires we offer will find applications in, among other things, drive systems, transformers, or power tools.

Winding Wires - Parameters

The winding wires offered by DACPOL can be selected according to many parameters. We offer lacquered copper wires with various thermal classes and insulation types such as Polyesterimide, Polyamide, or Thermosolderable Polyamide. Our winding wires are resistant to breakdowns (corona effect), resistant to high temperatures, have good chemical resistance, and are thermosolderable, which eliminates the need for impregnation varnish.

We offer winding wires in the diameter range from 0.067 to 5.0 mm.

Wide range of winding wires at DACPOL

Our offer includes a varied selection of winding wires made from high-quality materials, with a wide temperature range and a large selection of wire diameters.

  • Copper wires are available in profile and round versions.
  • Aluminum wires are available in round version.
