The design and usability of Turbowin's compressors depend on how well its features accommodate users' needs and contexts. The user interface provides an immersive experience to the customers to be in control of the product to execute output properly and fast. With error tolerance, the WL-i series supports a range of user actions and shows an error in genuine erroneous situations.

USER INTERFACE INDICATORS

Turbowin's Smart Turbo Blower has a status indicator on front cover where the status of the blower is displayed with LED so that customers can easily monitor their products. Ready: BLUE - Run: GREEN - Warning: ORANGE - Stop: RED

40~100% TURN DOWN RATIO

Low rate is the most important factor when operating a turbo blower. Turbowin's turbo blower has a turndown ratio of 40~100%, offering a wide flow control compared to other companies. Depending on the height of water tank, our products can cover from low to high flow rate.

SURGE PROTECTION SYSTEM #Patent: 10-1989588

Sub solenoid valve is activated three to four times when the operating point falls under surge area. this protects the equipment from going to sudden surge and avoid any immediate stop.

ZERO OIL AIR FOIL BEARING

All Turbowin products are equipped with zero-oil air foil bearings. Maintenance costs are significantly reduced due to the absence of oil lubrication system. In addition, air foil bearings are free of friction and abrasion. the product is increased while replacement/maintenance greatly reduced. Our in-house designed top foils make the bearing even more durable and reliable.

COOLING JET SILENCER

Turbowin's Smart Turbo Blower is equipped with a patented Cooling Jet Silencers all designed and manufactured by Turbowin. Unlike other cooling discharge silencers which are large and long in size, our cooling discharge silencer has a compact size which is by the installation site. With the help of Cooling Jet Silencer, reduced by 3~5dB compared to other brands.

1. WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WL-I AND WL SERIES?
WL Series is Turbowin's original turbo blower model while WL-i Series is Turbowin's Smart turbo blower model integrated with IoT function. Warranty period is normally two years, but for our WL-i model we offer an exclusive warranty of 5 years.

2. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF USING TURBO BLOWER OVER ROOTS TYPE BLOWERS?
The two blowers serve similar purposes, but the key difference is in efficiency and energy savings. Roots blowers have been traditional in the market for decades with lower product cost.
