1. Description
The Isabellenhuette ICD series current sensors are a compact current measurement solution that provides high accuracy measurement along with temperature compensation. The device can operate in the range of 100 / 300 / 500 A.
The measurement is based on an ultra-precise shunt, which ensures high reliability and resistance to interference and overload. The Isabellenhuette ICD current sensor includes a 16-bit digital-to-analog converter. Voltage measurement is possible with 24-bit resolution. The device samples the measured value at a frequency of 1 kHz, and it is possible to programmatically determine the conditions for averaging the measurement.
The current converter offers CANbus 2.0 a/b communication with data transfer up to 1Mbit/s. A CAN description file (CAN-dbc) is available, which enables quick system integration.
The ICD series is covered with a molded housing resistant to a wide range of environmental factors. Thanks to its highly compact design, it can be easily integrated when mounting space is limited.
2. Applications
The ICD series has been designed for a wide range of DC applications, such as
3. Additional features - sleep mode
The ICD can measure its own power consumption.
