Service and regeneration of induction heating inductors

DACPOL SERVICE offers a wide range of inductors. We have many years of experience in manufacturing and regenerating technologically advanced coils.

Our products are made from various copper profiles with cross sections:

  • round;
  • square;
  • trapezoid.

Pipe diameters from 3 mm, wall thicknesses from 0.3 mm


Basing on these cross sections we can manufacture coils with different number of assemblies, diameters and with the desired shape.

On special order we also produce technologically advanced inductors based on brazing and machining processes. Inductors of this type can have an integrated system of spraying hardening liquid.

We GUARANTEE professional execution of services and good timing with orders. Also, we provide high quality of repair or performance parts and competitive prices.

Regeneration of coils

We provide repair and regeneration of inductors based on our experience and our production technologies. Each repair is preceded by a careful analysis of the conditions of inductor. In case of substantial damage we provide a quotation for manufacturing a new coil.
