Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

We're offering a wide assortment of industrial sensors for automation, including special magnetic sensors.

Magnetic sensors use Hall's effect and react to the change of magnetic field. Our smallest sensors are characterized by minimal energy intake and are dedicated for solutions with a battery power supply. Other series of sensors are adjusted to popular types of voltages, used in electronic systems. Depending on a model, the output signal is pulse or digital.

Applications:

  • Work in both low temperatures and temperatures over 100 C. They are used as speed, angle, and position sensors. Due to their low costs, sizes, and energy intake they're popular in electronic systems and PCB montage.
  • Magnetic field sensors are also dedicated for water meters and gas meters with a built-in radio module and radio systems.
  • Other usages are e.g. detecting piston rods in pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, smart sensors, as sensors in threaded or cuboid corpuses, for detection objects in rotation or progressive movement, detecting objects located behind plastic walls (inside pipes and containers), or for detection of objects in places with high temperatures.
  • Detecting various types of objects, their movements, and speed, and also identifying positions and regulating parts of machines and devices. Also used as elements of solutions for controlling closing or opening windows, doors lids, etc.
  • Applications of detecting ion radiation of rotary/progressive elements; for objects located in walls (pipes, containers) and detecting objects in aggressive environments.

Principle of operation

They're detecting devices, using a magnetic field  - through the reaction to its (magnetic field) occurrence or by using magnet systems. Their operation is based on Earth's magnetic field and elements reacting to it, eg. contractors or hallotrons. Magnetic sensors based on the contractor create their own magnetic field through the influence of the directed air. Hallotron sensors, however, use Hall's effect - the difference of potentials in the conductor, in which there's an electric current.
