DACPOL offers pulse transformers for controlling thyristors, triacs and IGBT, and also current converters and cells for construction of transformers and glands.
Transformers for controlling thyristors and triacs
Transformers for controlling thyristors and triacs are produced for work voltages between windings 380V, 500V and 750V and a few types of winding contractions. There are versions of transformers with one primary and one secondary and two secondary windings. There are also different coil gears of transformers e.g. 1:1; 2:1; 3:1 for transformers with one secondary winding. Transformers are covered with a special material and in a shape of cuboids with rails for through-hole montage on printed plates.
They are characterized by very small capacity between primary and secondary windings, thus high resistance to uncontrolled thyristors’ connectors. They can be used for controlling thyristors in DC systems, AC systems working with network frequency or converter systems working with heightened frequencies max up to several kilohertz e.g. in generators for induction heating.
Pulse transformers
Pulse transformers for controlling power transistors are intended for controlling power transformers of MOSFET or IGBT types, working with high frequencies. Depending on the type of the transformer, the frequency is from 20kHz to 500kHz. Transformers are covered with a special material and in a shape of cuboids with rails for through-hole montage on printed plates.
Current transformers
Current transformers can be used for measuring currents of 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies in the range of 25A÷600A. Secondary currents of these transformers, depending on a type, are in the rage from 0,05A to 0,6A. There are two types of transformers: with one secondary winding and one secondary winding with two tap changers. A Version with secondary winding with tap changers is useful in systems with three ranges of measured currents. Transformers are made in enclosures covered with a special material with a hole for a wire that is a primary winding with connector derivation or for through-hole montage. The last one and a very small current of secondary winding makes them good for direct montage on electronic plates.
Cores for constructing transformers
Cores for constructing transformers are made from nanocrystal and amorphous materials from HITACHI type METGLAS, METGLAS MAGNAPERM, METGLAS MICROLITE and amorphous from VAC company type VITROVAC 6030F and VITROVAC 500F in a shape of C or toroid. Materials vary with shape of the hysteresis and transformers with power of 200kW and frequencies of 40kHz can be built from them.
Additionally, we also deliver materials for powder and amorphous cores from AMS. They are constructed in the shape of C or as toroids. From them we can construct transformers with power above 100 kW and frequencies to 500 kHz.
