The RT/RL series of non-inductive, composite ceramic resistors are ideal for electrical circuit assemblies with impacts, high maximum power, or high energy requirements, replacing carbon resistors that may be difficult to obtain.
They offer improved performance in high-voltage power supplies, R-C snubbers, and startup limiters.
In pulsed applications, these compact resistors evenly distribute energy through their structure, reducing thermal stress. The result is increased reliability and, in many cases, reduced size compared to wirewound and foil resistors. The epoxy resin coating ensures resistance to dissolving, allowing operation in almost any conditions, and the choice of axial or radial construction offers practical usability.
