WH400 series turbocompressor

The Turbowin WH series turbocompressors are based on air bearing technology, covering a pressure range from 1.5 kgf/m² to 9.0 kgf/m².
Our multistage compressors are ideal for applications in industries requiring high-pressure clean air, such as the textile, food, petrochemical, semiconductor, and shipbuilding industries.

AN EFFICIENT SOLUTION FOR STABLE COMPRESSED AIR: TURBOWIN TURBOCOMPRESSOR

The Turbowin WH series turbocompressor relies on air bearing technology, covering a pressure range from 1.5 kgf/cm² to 9.0 kgf/cm². Our multistage compressors are the perfect solution for industries requiring compressed clean air and stable pressure, such as the textile, food, petrochemical, semiconductor, and shipbuilding industries.

ENERGY SAVINGS

Old conventional piston and screw compressors incur high costs related to installation, maintenance, and energy consumption. Turbowin turbocompressors do not require any consumables other than filters, allowing for energy efficiency of up to 57.5%.

SURGE PROTECTION SYSTEM

#Patent: 10-1989588

When entering the surge area, the solenoid valve activates three to four times to effectively control and protect the device from remaining in the surge area.

#Patent: 10-198958

If entering the surge area, Turbowin products do not stop immediately as the solenoid valve activates 3 to 4 times, allowing for smooth operation in surge areas. This protects the products from sudden stoppages, minimizing the risk of motor damage.

EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM

Based on Turbowin's patented dual cooling system, it does not require an additional cooling system, and the inverter is also air-cooled. High-pressure compressors operating above 4 bar are equipped with an intermediate and final cooling system.

FAQ

WHAT DOES 100% OIL-FREE MEAN?

100% oil-free means that the compressor contains no oil. Additionally, unlike oil-free screw compressors, there is no silicone coating on the rotor's surface. No contaminants other than air are added to the compressed air.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAGNETIC BEARINGS AND AIR BEARINGS?

Air bearings feature a simpler design that does not require bearing controllers or proximity sensors. In contrast, the structure of magnetic bearings is significantly more complex, with multiple sensors and wiring, making them particularly sensitive to unexpected power outages. Therefore, magnetic bearings require an additional power source for their protection. Turbocompressors with air bearings generally have 5-10% higher efficiency than their counterparts with magnetic bearings. Magnetic bearings must be cooled to 70 degrees Celsius to enable proper operation of the proximity sensors.
