STANEX Case Durability!

• STANEX cases are built to withstand the toughest load and stacking demands, even a sporadic fall from the back of a truck poses little threat to these sturdy crates
• The cases feature reinforced corners with special castings that securely connect the case
• All parts are riveted or spot welded, providing exceptionally stable construction even in larger sizes
• Corner elements not only provide additional strength but also enable vertical stacking
• Optional plywood or POM skids enhance durability and ease of handling
• Special rubber handles, spring drop, each capable of supporting 110 kg
• Secure closure is provided by specially designed latches with padlock fittings

Foam lining

We offer general foam lining with a thickness ranging from 25 mm to 50 mm or cushioning specially configured for the load based on its fragility and the dimensions of the transported and stored equipment.

Finish

Available finishes include painted or natural aluminum in any selected color.

Sizes

Custom sizes are easy to handle, as our cases are neither molded nor deep-stamped. We build according to customer specifications and requirements.

 Stacking Load

STANEX crates withstand a stacked load of 1200 kg.

Stacking Test

Two crates can be tilted at a 15-degree angle without lateral slippage.

Carrying Handles

The number of carrying handles is optional. The load capacity of each handle is 50 kg. For user convenience, a rubber coating is provided. The handles are securely riveted.

Water Spray Test and Dust Impact Test

Water and dust protection IP54 complies with the EN60529 test standard. Optional MIL-STD-810F 506.4 method (rain streams).

Drop Test

Lightweight aluminum STANEX enclosures with a net weight of 100 kg withstand a drop from 120 cm onto a hard surface without sustaining damage that impairs normal functioning.

Corner Reinforcements

Galvanized steel corner reinforcements are riveted to the base of the case and the covers, providing additional strength, protection, and optimal stacking.
