The lamp is designed for use in environments where a very small beam size with excellent luminous flux is required, such as machine internal transfer and metal car lift frames. The lamp has a compact structure, made in a shockproof version, self-extinguishing V0 polycarbonate. The extruded aluminum die has been specially designed to get better heat transfer area through the small channels. To ensure the maximum service life of the product during operation, the LED modules are mounted on a metal sled connected to the outer profile.
This solution allows the energy generated by the LEDs in the form of heat to be optimally dissipated to the outside to obtain over 50,000 operating hours (equivalent to almost 6 years of continuous use). The lamp is completely maintenance-free, 24Vdc mains operation via M12 connector. The product is mounted on the wall by attaching the foot integrated with the construction of sealing plugs, which have a double function.
