Alumina 92% + 8% Zirconium
Keralpor S is a sinter that can be used to sinter a variety of metal injection molding (MIM) products and materials. The advantage of this zirconia cured porous alumina is its good thermal shock resistance and high mechanical strength. Thanks to the porous structure (32%), adhesion of the sintered part is prevented.
Due to the porous structure of the sinter, adhesion of unfired ceramics lying on it can be avoided. Customers use Keralpor S especially for the debinding and sintering of stainless steel MIM products and for blast furnace cooling processes.
