DACPOL offers single and three-phase bridges manufactured as:
integrated circuits in housings for surface and through-hole mounting on printed circuit boards,
in the housings of electro-insulated modules
built of discrete elements for larger currents with natural and forced air cooling as well as water cooling
Bridges for surface mounting are made as single-phase and have rated currents from 0.5A to 1A. Repeatable peak reverse voltage of the bridge diodes in the standard version are in the range from 40V to 1000V. They are produced in typical SO and SO-DIL casings.
Bridges for through-hole assembly are made as single-phase and three-phase with a load capacity from 1A to 35A and repeatable peak reverse voltage diodes from 40V to 1600V. They are produced in DIL housing, 15.1x15,1x5; 15,2x15,2x6,3; 19x19x6, 19x4, 4x10; Φ8,5x5,1; 32x5,6x17; 20,8x3,3x18; 23,5x19,3x5,7. They do not require cooling.
Bridges in housings 28.6x28.6x7.3; 28.6x28.6x10 have connector terminals adapted to load currents from 10A to 35A. With these loads, it is necessary to install bridges on a suitable size heatsink. Single-phase bridges are also produced in the version with fast diodes for 1A load currents and repeatable reverse voltage from 40V to 800V in SO-DIL and DIL enclosures.
Three-phase bridges made in a casing for 40x20x10 in through-hole assembly have rated currents in the range from 6A to 35A and repeatable peak reverse voltage diodes from 50V to 1600V. Bridges in the housing type 28.5x28.5x10 with connector terminals have the same electrical parameters and are adapted for mounting on a heat sink.
Bridges in the housings of electro-insulated modules are manufactured as single- and three-phase non-controlled, semi-controlled and controlled. Depending on the type of housing, the electrical parameters of the bridges change. Single-phase bridges in MT-1 housings have rated currents in the range of 25A - 40A and reverse voltage diodes from 400V to 1200V, and in Housings D-63, the currents are in the range of 25A - 35A and voltage 50V - 1600V. Three-phase bridges manufactured in INT-A-Pak housings have currents in the range of 55A - 110A and 800V - 1600V voltage. All above mentioned bridge casings are adapted for mounting on air-cooled heat sinks.
Bridge rectifiers with diodes pressed into aluminum plates are built for currents from 200A to 700A and voltages from 100V to 800V with the main purpose for electric systems of welding machines.
Single-phase and three-phase rectifying bridges, used in high-current applications and where significant overloads occur, are produced from discrete components in pellet housing. Bridge designs are adapted for cooling with forced air flow or water cooling. High bridge superstructures are made for individual orders according to the customer's requirements.
