Paddle Level Switch SFX

The SF series is a paddle flow switch, featuring an adjustable paddle length tailored to different flow conditions and pipe sizes. The SF paddle flow switch uses the force of the fluid flow in the pipe to move the paddle. When the fluid flow moves the paddle, the internal spring is compressed, which moves the magnetic element. In the absence of flow or an empty pipe, the spring is stretched, and the reed switch remains open, indicating no flow. As the flow increases, the spring is compressed, and the magnetic element moves closer to the reed switch, activating it and closing the contact, indicating the presence of flow.

  • Standard and explosion-proof versions.
  • Paddle length adjustable to requirements (25.4-76.2 mm).
  • Maximum pressure up to 25 bar.
  • Operating temperature up to 150°C.
  • Threaded process connection PT 1″.
  • SPDT output contact rated for 60 W at 220V AC/200V DC.
