The MTL Z1030 is a compact zirconium-based oxygen analyzer designed for panel mounting. It measures a wide range of oxygen concentrations (from percentage levels to a few ppm) in pure gases. The Z1030 is ideal for use in applications where accurate oxygen measurement is a crucial part of the produced product.

The sensor is provided in a separate housing along with a flowmeter and valve, offering users greater versatility. The unique design of the cell and heater ensures very short warm-up times, rapid response, and long sensor lifespan. The analyzer features a bidirectional RS232 port for remote calibration and data logging.

A wide range of measurement ranges, sampling options, and user-programmable outputs and alarms are available, enabling the creation of practically customized systems.
