Pilot torch

TESI designs and manufactures a wide range of gas fired igniters (pilot torches). The key factors of pilot torches are high reliability, low maintenance, compact design, flexibility and easy installation. Our range also proposes versions that integrate High Energy technology, providing our customers with the most important tools to achieve goals in terms of efficiency and reliability of their burners.

  • Compact design and flexibility: dimensions and shape can be customized to meet the customer’s request.
  • Quick and easy maintenance: ignition and flame ionization devices can be easily disassembled without removing the entire pilot from the burner wall.
  • Pilots are available in High Voltage or High Energy igniter version, always offering the best solution to ignite the burners.
  • TESI pilots are supplied in forced or self-induced draft combustion air supply versions, upon customer request.
